How find.deals™ works

No. find.deals™ is a comparison and referral service. We don't issue credit, arrange loans, or provide credit advice. Our role is to help you compare general product information and, if you'd like personalised guidance, refer your enquiry to an accredited broker partner who holds an Australian Credit Licence.

Our broker partner - a separate, Australian Credit Licensed business - provides all credit assistance, needs analysis, and personalised recommendations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP). They're responsible for the advice you receive, not find.deals™.

In order to keep our service free for consumers, we may receive a referral fee from our broker partner if a customer we refer goes on to settle a loan. The fee is paid out of the broker's commission from the lender - never by you. Your interest rate and fees are exactly the same as going to the lender directly.

No. Comparison results are sorted by interest rate (lowest first) by default, with options to re-sort by comparison rate, fees, or features. The default order is not influenced by referral fees or commissions. Sponsored or featured placements are clearly labelled and shown separately from organic results.

No. You're always free to apply directly with any lender, use a different broker, or stop the process at any point. Using our broker partner is optional and free - we refer enquiries to them because they compare across 120+ Australian lenders.

Most users complete a comparison in under 2 minutes. Enter your details once and see all available options instantly. You can then spend as long as you like reviewing the results.

No. Browsing and comparing on find.deals™ doesn't trigger a credit check. A formal credit enquiry only occurs when you choose to submit a full application through the broker partner to a specific lender.

Yes. You can compare home loans, personal loans, and car loans in the same session. Each comparison is independent and tailored to that specific product type.

No. Everything you see on find.deals™ - rates, comparison rates, savings estimates, product summaries - is general information only. It doesn't take your personal circumstances into account and isn't a recommendation. Personalised credit advice comes from the licensed broker partner after they've reviewed your situation.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, with strict role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication on internal systems. Your enquiry is referred to our accredited broker partner so they can contact you. Other uses - including marketing from our group companies and limited sharing with service providers - are described in our Privacy Policy.
