(3) The broker contacts you, completes their own compliance and suitability checks, and walks you through the products that fit your situation. You're not committed to anything until you choose to apply.

In order to keep our service free for consumers, we may receive a referral fee from our broker partner if a customer we refer goes on to settle a loan. The fee is paid by the broker out of the commission they receive from the lender - never by you. Your interest rate and fees are exactly the same as going to the lender directly. The fee also doesn't influence the default order of comparison results, which is sorted by interest rate (lowest first).
