Commercial Disclosure
Last updated: 20 April 2026
This page sets out how find.deals™ makes money, who we work with, and what you should know before submitting an enquiry through our Website.
This Commercial Disclosure is provided to satisfy our obligations under regulation 25 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010 (Cth) (the "Referrer Exemption") and to give you full transparency about our service. find.deals™ is a brand operated by SUG Labs International Ltd.
1. What find.deals™ does
find.deals™ is an information and comparison service. We display rate and product information for credit products from a range of Australian lenders, sourced primarily from the Consumer Data Right (CDR). We do not:
- Hold an Australian Credit Licence
- Provide credit
- Provide credit assistance, credit advice, or personal financial advice
- Assess your eligibility, suitability or capacity for any credit product
- Rank, score, recommend or endorse any product or lender for any individual consumer
If you submit an enquiry through our Website, we pass your enquiry information to a credit licensee that is authorised to help you.
2. Who your enquiry goes to
When you submit an enquiry through find.deals™, your enquiry information is passed to:
Control Finance Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 641 586 843)
Trading as Fundd
Credit Representative Numbers 520438 and 480652
Authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389328
Fundd operates as an authorised credit representative under Australian Credit Licence 389328 and is regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). Fundd will contact you about the lender(s) you have selected on find.deals™ and will assist you with any subsequent application or credit assistance, in accordance with its own credit guide and privacy policy.
You are under no obligation to proceed with any application or use Fundd's services. You can also approach any lender directly, or use a different broker, at any time.
3. How find.deals™ makes money
find.deals™ is paid a referral fee only if your enquiry leads to a loan that settles. The fee is a percentage of the loan amount, paid by the broker partner out of the commission it receives - never by you - and does not affect the rate or fees you pay, or the order in which products are shown. If no loan settles, find.deals™ is not paid.
4. Where our rate information comes from
Interest rate, fee and product information shown on find.deals™ is sourced from:
- The Consumer Data Right (CDR) Product Reference Data APIs operated by Australian banks under the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020. CDR data is updated periodically (typically daily).
- Lender websites and publicly available product disclosure documents.
- Static fallback data maintained by find.deals™ for non-CDR lenders, updated manually.
Rate information may not reflect each lender's most current pricing. Rates and product features change without notice. find.deals™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any rate or product information shown. Always confirm directly with the lender before applying.
find.deals™ is not accredited under the CDR consumer data sharing regime. We use only public Product Reference Data APIs and do not access individual consumer banking data.
5. How rates and products are displayed
The display order of products on find.deals™ is based on interest rate (lowest first by default). The "Lowest" label identifies the product with the lowest displayed rate at the time of viewing - it is a factual description, not a recommendation.
The display order, the products shown, and the rates displayed are not influenced by:
- Any commission find.deals™ receives
- Any commercial arrangement with Fundd
- Any commercial arrangement with any lender
Not all lenders in the Australian market are displayed on find.deals™. We pull live product data from 17 of the largest Australian banks and credit unions via the Consumer Data Right (CDR), supplemented by manually-maintained product data for selected non-CDR lenders; coverage varies by loan type. Our accredited broker partner can access a broader panel of lenders when assisting with a loan application. Other lenders may offer products that suit your circumstances. We may add or remove lenders from the Website at any time.
6. Conflicts of interest
find.deals™ is paid only when your enquiry results in a settled loan. This creates a financial incentive for find.deals™ to encourage enquiries.
We manage this conflict by:
- Displaying rate information sourced from the CDR (which we do not control or curate).
- Not ranking, scoring or recommending products for any individual consumer.
- Allowing you to choose which specific lender(s) you wish to enquire about.
- Disclosing this commercial relationship clearly on the Website.
- Not paying for content placement, sponsored listings, or biased commentary.
7. Your information
Your enquiry information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to find.deals™ disclosing your information to Fundd. Fundd will then handle your information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on the Fundd website.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hi@find.deals - although this will not affect any disclosure already made.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about find.deals™, please contact us at hi@find.deals. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If your complaint relates to credit assistance, credit advice, or any conduct after your enquiry was passed to Fundd, please contact Fundd directly. Fundd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), the external dispute resolution scheme for credit licensees:
- AFCA: www.afca.org.au
- Phone: 1800 931 678
If your complaint concerns find.deals™ specifically and we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) (privacy matters), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) (consumer law matters), or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) (financial services matters).
